Luis Sprovieri holds a JD from the Argentine Catholic University (1990) and an LLM from Duke University (1999). He completed the Program of Instruction for Lawyers, Mass Torts and Complex Litigation, Harvard University (2001).

Lecturer at the School of Law of the Argentine Catholic University in the following subjects: Procedural Law I, Civil Procedure, Civil Law I, 1995-2000. Professor at the Judicial Training School, Association of Judges and Officers of the National Justice. Co-author of the World Bank Technical Paper “Argentina: Legal and Judicial Sector Assessment”. Co- Author of the book “Practical Global Tort Litigation”, Carolina Academic Press (2007). He published on civil procedure, pre-trial proceedings and case management in “El Derecho”, “Doctrina Judicial”, “Revista de Derecho Procesal y Práctica Forense”, “Revista de la Asociación de Magistrados y Funcionarios de la Justicia Nacional”, “Revista Derecho Procesal”, “Jurisprudencia Argentina” and on product liability in reviews of the Center for International Legal Studies edited by Kluwer. He has lectured in and contributed with papers to conferences of his field of study.
