Guillermo Peña Casares

Born in Buenos Aires on July 23, 1932. Graduated in Law from Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad de Buenos Aires.

He got a master degree in Comparative Law from New York University, Inter-American Law Institute (1957).

Moreover, he attended the Advance Management Programme (AMP) at Harvard Business School in 1970 and also did several courses on finances at Harvard University in 1973.

Speaks Spanish, English and French.

He developed as a partner in Garcia Victorica since 1960 until (falta la fecha)

Previously, he had worked in Dewey, Ballantine, Bushy, Palmer & Wood in New York (1958-1960).

He presided over Martona S.A. and Estancias Martona S.A.; apart from being president and founder of La Martona countryclub.

He was also the head of Moet Chandon and Banco Argentino de Comercio.

Finally, he was a lawyer of Rothschild Bank A.G. in Argentina from 1975 to 1985.
